A contract does not exist between you and Harmageddon-music.com until your payment has been accepted and an order acceptance confirmation has been sent to the email address you specified when you made your purchase. Harmageddon-music.com reserves the right not to accept any order or to withdraw from this contract in the event of obvious or material inaccuracies caused by human or technical error.

When purchasing a piece of sheet music at Harmageddon-music.com you are purchasing the right to a) print the sheet music the authorised number of times and b) view the sheet music on screen at Harmageddon Publishing web site as long as it remains in the catalogue.

You DO NOT have the right to a) download the sheet music for storage on your own or another computer, b) redistribute the sheet music in any form or file format for commercial or any other purposes, or c) alter, edit or tamper with the sheet music file or print-out, other than alterations authorised by Harmageddon Publishing and available through the Scorch sheet music viewer (e.g transposition).

Price information displayed on the Harmageddon-music.com web site is subject to change without notice.

All purchases from Harmageddon-music.com are subject to Finnish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Harmageddon-music.com Refund Policy

After you go through the credit card verification page successfully, our system will have only verified your card. At this point your card is not yet charged. We will check that you have printed everything successfully before we charge your card. This process takes a few days. During that time we also wait for any feedback from you. If you are unhappy with the result in any way, please Contact us and we will help you or cancel/refund if necessary. We can give you a password to print again without verifying the credit card again.

After investigating the situation, we will either offer you another chance to print your purchased item, or a full refund for that item, but Harmageddon Publishing shall have no further liability to you.
